User Account

Your user account is connected to the email address you provided during registration. You can also create an account using your Google account.

Teams

A user can create multiple teams and join multiple teams. A team is a group where many team members come together to work on projects. This allows users to collaborate with different groups on various projects, ensuring everyone is organized and working efficiently.

Projects

To create a task, a user first needs to create a project. A project is a place where team members can view a set of tasks to achieve a certain goal. This setup allows users to manage various initiatives efficiently, ensuring all work is organized and completed on schedule.

Tasks

Each task represents a specific piece of work that needs to be done, ranging from small, simple activities to larger, more complex assignments. The administrator or project manager has the authority to assign team members to these tasks based on their skills and responsibilities.

Points

Each member gains points upon successfully submitting a task on time and loses points if the task is delayed. This points system serves as a motivational tool, encouraging timely completion of tasks and fostering a sense of accountability among team members.

Levels

At every 1000-point interval, each user within the team will advance to the next level. For instance, upon reaching 2000 points, they will progress to Level 2. This leveling system motivates users to accumulate points by completing tasks promptly.

Rewards

The reward admin of the team has the ability to effortlessly create customized rewards for team members once they reach specific levels. This feature allows for tailored recognition and incentives based on individual and team achievements.

Time Entry

A time entry is a data object that records your time. It includes details about the start and stop times, as well as the duration of the activity. Additional information such as a price, project assignment can also be included in each time entry.
