Step by step guide:
To create an account, you first need to visit create an account
There are two ways you can create one, email/password or using google account.
Creating account using google (Recommended): To create an account using google just click the button "Sign in with Google". That's it, you will be then redirected to our onboarding screen.
Creating account using email/password: Simply enter your full name, email address, and password. Ensure your password is strong by making it at least 10 characters long and including special characters and numbers. A verification link will be sent to the email address you provided. In that email, you will find a button labeled "Verify my account"; click on it. Once done, you will be redirected to a screen confirming that "your account has been verified". You can now proceed with the onboarding process.
Once you are done with the onboarding steps you will be redirected to "teams" page.
PS :- As a new free member, you can join teams, but with a limitation: you won't be able to create a team. To unlock this feature, you'll need to subscribe to one of our premium plans.
