Information regarding our subscriptions base price and per user pricing. This article will clear all basic questions.

Like most online companies, we have a payment system designed to complement the tools or services we provide.

What is a subscription in Levelsonic?

If you've created an account, you'll automatically have access to our free plan. However, to unlock premium features, you'll need to subscribe to one of our plans such as Starter, Advanced, etc.

How does pricing & billing cycle work?

When you subscribe to any of our plans, you will be subscribing to both our base price and additional usage fee for extra users. (That means two subscriptions will be active)

Depending on the plan, a specific number of users will already be included (for example if you choose starter plan, 10 users will be included).

But if you invite more than 10 users, for example 15, then the additional 5 users (extra) will be billed separately. Extra users are always billed on a monthly basis.

Example 1:

Starter yearly plan :- Base price subscription (yearly billing cycle) + extra users subscription (monthly billing cycle)

Example 2:

Starter monthly plan :- Base price subscription (monthly billing cycle) + extra users subscription (monthly billing cycle)

You can choose the billing cycle for the base subscription between yearly and monthly plans. However, charges for extra users will always be billed monthly (If you do not have any extra users, you will receive an invoice for zero dollars and will not be charged).

Will the extra users reset each month?

If you have deleted all extra users, our system will automatically reset the count of extra users to zero for the next billing cycle, ensuring you won't incur any charges.

How do you calculate the number of extra users?

Lets say your plan includes 10 free users and you have used all the included users.

Now when a new user joins a team you have created, it will increase the extra usage count by +1.

Now you have 11 users :- 10 users (included) + 1 (extra)

Once the user has joined and usage has been recorded, this action cannot be reversed.

If you delete that extra user you just added, you will still be charged (you will be charged for that 1 extra user only for that current billing cycle).

However, for the next billing cycle, the extra users count will reset back to zero since you removed that one user.
