Welcome to our guide on canceling your active subscription plan. Whether your needs have changed, we understand the importance of managing your subscriptions efficiently. Follow the steps below to navigate through the cancellation process smoothly. We're here to assist you every step of the way.

  • To cancel a subscription go to Settings > Plan & billing. Click the "Cancel plan" button.

  • Once clicked a "Choose cancelation type" popup will open. Now you have to choose what type of cancelation you would like to go for. Normal or immediate cancelation.

Normal cancelation: Your base subscription will be canceled at the end of the current billing cycle. If you have a yearly plan, you will continue to be charged for the extra users on a monthly basis (If you prefer not to be charged for the extra user, you can delete them).

Immediate cancelation: When you choose to cancel immediately, your subscription will be canceled on the spot. (So choose this option carefully)

  • Once you have decided click on "Continue". You will be presented with the confirmation popup. Type "normal cancel/immediate cancel" in the text field and click "Cancel plan"

  • That's it. Your subscription is set for cancellation. If you would like to undo your cancellation, you can click "Undo cancellation." Please note that undoing cancellation is only available for "Normal cancellation" and not for "Immediate cancellation."

We understand that decisions about subscriptions can change, and we're here to support you through the process. Whether you're exploring other options or need to adjust your plan, we appreciate your trust in us. If you have any questions or need further assistance, our support team is always ready to help.
